Meet Mr. and Mrs. "Shaman" Hernaez

  • “Hello!

  • “My name is Juan Hernaez and my wife is Stephanie Burch-Hernaez. Stephanie is a native North Carolinian and has lived here all her life. I have lived here with her since 2006, originally being a native from New Orleans, LA. We have been married since April 18, 2009. We both are retired veterans of the United States Army. We take pleasure in traveling and visiting several places in the United States and enjoy going on occasional cruises to the Caribbean and Central America. Stephanie takes delight in quilting and hosting many yearly Family Reunions.

  • “I sometimes volunteer for the American Red Cross at Womack Army Medical Center on Fort Liberty, NC and the Veteran Administration Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. My hobbies are information technology and amateur astronomy and meteorology. I have been an ordained clergy member since June of 2014 with special attention given by the Unitarian Universalist Association Congregation via The Church of Spiritual Humanism (although I serve all kinds of other religions and denominations as well).
